Purchasing your tuning wrench(es) can be done in one of two ways:

1. If you are buying a custom tuning wrench along with a bowed psaltery from Phantasy Psalteries, then all you need to do is make a note of which wrench you would like on either the regular psaltery order form, or the custom work order form. The wrench will be shipped along with your psaltery, and won't add any additional shipping cost.

2. If you are ordering a custom tuning wrench for another musical instrument as a standalone, then all you need to do is make a note of which wrench(es) you would like, and send me an email. I do my best to try and check my email regularly each day, (except Sunday), and will try to get back to you within 24 hours with an email invoice.

PayPal is probably the fastest and easiest way to make a payment, but I also will accept personal checks and money orders. 

All orders are shipped from Minnetonka, MN. (Zip code 55343.) I do not have any sort of showroom, though if you are local, you may order a tuning wrench online and then pick it up in person and save on shipping costs. (There is also a 6.9% local sales tax applicable to all local sales, and either a 6.75% or 6.5% state sales tax for all other orders shipped to a Minnesota address, depending on where in Minnesota you live.)

Shipping for wrenches is a flat rate of $7 for domestic shipping via USPS parcel Post, which usually arrives in about 5 - 7 days. You can also request USPS Priority Mail for $10, which usually arrives in 2 - 3 days. International shipping averages about $14. Please contact me for an exact quote on international shipping.
